Return Policy
At EcoCrema, we offer a 30-day return window, giving you the flexibility to request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as it was received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return

- Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to package and send your item back.
- Please remember that any items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

Issues and Damages
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and find a resolution for you.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, the most efficient approach is to return the original item. Once your return is processed, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
